call reporting i purchased Microsoft services on computer purchased. Microsoft Finance-Refund Dept. Wants me to go online to fill out a form to get a refund to my credit card. His name given, altho obviously Indian, is Jordan Smith, at a Canada phone nbr. 519-256-9251. Told him I’m not in front of PC. They want to call me tomorrow around 1 pm to finish refund transaction. He said if i need to reach him he is located in Santa Barbara at 1-805-259-3641 His ID is JS1278. He wants to remote access computer to show the service they haven’t provided to prove their reason for refund.

Received a call from Microsoft Refund Center saying they were refunding the $150 I paid them last year to fix a problem with my computer, which took them only 5 minutes to fix. They said they had to refund the amount electronically. After giving them information into my bank account, the refund did not go through. Then they were going to refund it via Western Union, which did not go through, and then by sending me a check Federal Express from India, which I did not receive. Thankfully, the bank protected my account. My friend, whose computer we were using, is very tech savvy and protected her system by immediately deleting the programs Microsoft Refund Center installed on her computer. No damage done. They called from phone number 239 491-4155 in California.
