Type of a scam Tech Support

When I logged into my computer, there was a pop up that said my computer was corrupt and to call 888-852-1563. When you call, they answer the phone as Microsoft Online Tech Support or Windows Online Tech Support. They will ask you if this is your personal computer. I felt it was a lie, so I informed them it was a company computer. Once I informed them that I did not have the authority to make a purchase they hung up the phone. After 10 phone calls and 10 hangups, the guy Ryan said to turn off the computer and cut it back on. The computer worked.
