windows defender showed it had detected a Trojan worm. The number said to call Microsoft immediately to clean my computer. Told me my security system for my ip address had expired. I gave them credit card to fix and extend my security system. gave them access to clean and all the programs going across my screen had Microsoft in the headings. When I say them take off malware and put on clean sweep I became concerned and shut the computer down. Had to have my computer wiped clean. They put bugs on it to track my keystrokes.
