In August, I received an alarm and message on my pc indicating there was a threat to my system. I called the number listed on the screen to get assistance. I spoke with a male voice (Indian or Pakistani accent) that confirmed there was a virus on my computer. I was advised they could clean the virus from my computer for a fee of $499.99 that would be 5 years worth of coverage I also opted for an additional $220.00 package to update my drivers and give iPhone support. I called them 3 times fore the services. On the 3rd call I began to be suspicious because for the 3rd time in a row they wanted money and I could hear other people in the background seemingly saying the same thing to other callers.
