Type of a scam Credit Cards

This is the 1st time I received this scam through my email. It usually come to me as a text. The wording is very similar in each of these scams. They always have bad grammar and spelling, even his name "Micheal" looks like it is misspelled. The scam is they are either old or sick and can’t talk to me, but want me to provide a home improvement project with little concern about price and more concern focused on if we take credit cards.
