Type of a scam Other

Sends items that were not ordered and invoices for them. Will not allow return of items, as they claim they had to be returned within 3 days of a falsified shipment date. Asks for money to "restock" item but does not take it back – then continues to invoice you repeatedly.

Michael Williams Oliver is the company. Calls to ask if you want to try their ink and says there are no contracts. Try one and cost if cheaper than anywhere else. If you agree to try they keep sending ink over and over with invoices that will amount to over $400. A year later after paying invoice to get them to leave us alone and to close the account they are now sending more ink and invoices for another $400. Company is very rude and is scamming people for money. Ink doesn’t even work. PLEASE FIND THEM!

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

The company (MWO) continues to call and ask what type of toner you use, they confirm your address and without your authorization they send a toner, and invoice you later on by mail 60 days later. They continue to send toner cartridges over and over, even though you email and call to ask them not to send more. They will continue to send invoices to collect money for the items they ship to you…

If you call the main office to describe your situation, the receptionist will not help you and hang up on you. They claim in the promotional call, that they do not work on contacts and that they are a new company to the area. Which is both false statements as they have been around for a few years, and are not new to this area… and they had told us last time we used them that we were bound to a contract and we must pay all the toners that they sent to us.

They continue to call our business, even after they had already done this to us once. When I called the office back to ensure we would not be sent more items, the receptionist had told me with a sarcastic tone, said thank you and hung up on me.

I tried calling back again, and they are now Ignoring calls from the office phone I use. I have also asked in the past to speak to the owner or manager , and they always claim to be away or out of the country.

I highly recommend that there services are not used as they are very untruthful ,and are only wanting to send toner after toner to invoice and collect money from a company. We had offered to send the UNOPENED- UNUSED products back by mail, and they told us they would not accept it , and payment was still owing..

Many small companies are going to fall victim of this fraudulent company. Something must be done to stop this company from illegally charging people.
