Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I answered an e-mail that was sent to me to become a secret shopper at wal-mart. . I answered and gave my address and phone number. The next contact was an e-mail that said I would be receiving information by mail. Next contact was an official priority Mail with USPS tracking # , inside envelope was a check for $3,200.00 with instruction for me to deposit it to my personal account . Then withdraw it the next day and deposit it either to Wells Fargo or Bank of America and make sure I got the branch manager to do it. (so i could check them out) while I’m doing this I am to be texting them them the deposit numbers and etc. etc. etc.
