Type of a scam Tax Collection

I put their phone number into USPHONEBOOK.COM and it revealed the number, a land line, belongs to a HAROLD GOREE, in Lafayette, La. Yet, in my phone’s ID window it said the call was coming from a MICHA CAVANAUGH. This is the second call from them and on my answering machine the msg says the "cops" are coming for me if I don’t contact them about money owed to the IRS.
