Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

man called me on phone from members readers publictions many phone numbers calls me all the time saying i owe him money for magazines that i bought. He says he has a recording of me saying i ordered these magazines . It wasnt me saying yes. he turned it over collection agency on me. I did not order magazines from him or will also it wasn’t me on phone. I believe this to be a scam. How he got my credit card number in the first place? If i ordered magazine my would kill me he be getting money out of bank account by fraud. i caputered my credit card. and he kept on pulling it out of my bank account what can i do? he badgered me a lot and kept taking money from my bank by using credit card and then my account the bank ishould close my bank account. ps i have disstinctive voice please help. victim of preditory scam.the man had many new york phone numbers. marvin white hes still hounding me.
