Type of a scam Online Purchase

The add said only $1.00 for 1 report. They charged me $19.95! I ended up not being able to receice the report requested. Contacted on-line customer service, they asked a few questions to look up my report and said that "Brian" will contact me soon. An hour later I requested my money back because this "Brian" person never contacted me. I was told they refunded my money, I have to wait to find out, since it went on a charge card.
