I was contacted by Melrose Legal Services (Allen Tate/Senior Case Analyst). I was told to post date 5 checks in the amount of $***`to help get my mortgage rates down. However, I did not get any help from Allen. I can not call the number provided because it is now a disconnected number. They also instructed me to not pay the mortgage company so I’m even more behind on my house payments. Please help before I lose my home.

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I was contacted by Ryan Mason (via phone) offering to help with mortgage modification. He referred me to Melrose Legal (Allen Tate) whom was supposed to contact my lender to negotiate a modification and stop foreclosure. I paid $*** and no assistance was rendered, they didn’t even contact the lender. Now I’m unable to contact them because all phones are temporarily unavailable and no response to emails.
