Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a pair of pants that they had on their website and it finally came in over a month later. When I received they were not the same pants as what was pictured and described. The size chart was also 2 or 3 sizes off. Tried to return and get refunded or the pants that I ordered, but only got one email from them answering none of my questions and saying that that will improve themselves. I emailed again a day later and haven’t heard from them in over a month. Now I’m out of my money and have pants that I didn’t order. They were very rude in their first email to me as well. Do not trust
