Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

Scammer calls and claims you have won the Sweepstakes( Publishers Clearing House) $1 Million Cashiers Check and $175,000 Cash.

To receive the prize you have to put up $ with a "registration receipt" from a Bank that money has been deposited into an account for Tax purposes. They claim this is required by the IRS. Scammers ask if you want a Public or Private presentation. Scammers say the presentation will be made by a Sweepstakes representative, with a UPS package delivered by a UPS driver with the cash, and a US Marshal present. They are very persistant that you HAVE WON AND THAT THEY ARE LEGIT. I looked up the company name Megamillion Lottery Sweepstakes and it was located in Las Vegas but is out of business and have numerous scam complaints against them.
