This individual posted concert tickets for sale on the Denver Craigslist classifieds. When I expressed interest, the individual offered to transfer the tickets into my name at will call so that I could pick them up the night of the concert. I received an email confirmation—presumably from AXS customer service—that the tickets had been transferred to my name. It also provided a telephone number for more information. At that time, the individual requested that I pay for the tickets through various means (Facebook messenger, cash app, Google pay). Before I paid, I called the main AXS customer service line to confirm the transfer. The representative I spoke with indicated that the email and telephone number I received were not official AXS communications, and that no tickets had been transferred to my name.
