I’m 90 years old and Frank Brown called me telling me that he was sorry he miss me, when he was at one of the hotels in Orange, TX.  I won $5.4 million dollars and an automobile.  All I needed to do was send him $3200.00 over a period of time and the money and the car will be in Orange in 3 to 4 weeks. In 3 weeks time I sent the $3200.00 but after 4 weeks I haven’t received anything. I called Frank at 702-489-2000, he told me that the car was on a flat-bed truck from Las Vegas and somewhere on the road, he got in a wreck and the lady that driving the truck was injured and had to go to the hospital.  The man who cause the accident was pick up and went to jail.  They went through and he had to pay for the damages to the flat-bed truck and for the lady truck driver.  He was going to get his winnings very soon.  after a week or two, he never heard back from Frank Brown.  The number at 702-489-2000 was no longer active.  He just lost $3200.00 dollars.
