I recd the letter May lst (dtd Apr 16th) and signed by Elizabeth Garcia, General Secretary. The heading was Mega Lottery Picker 2018,

Lottery Software for Powerball & Mega Millions – $2, 850,000 in US dollars. To begin your claim contact Dr Paul Lucas by phone, lines open Mon – Fri at 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM; Sat from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Be informed that 5% of your winnings belong to Safeway Security. You must be informed in Madrid, Spain; all winnings must be claimed May 10, 2018. After this date the money will be returned in to the Ministry of Economy. I did not call.

OBC/VCDC/0999/171. However, I have not contacted the company.
