Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare

My mother got a phone call from above phone number and they wanted her to verify her name, address, birthdate and social security number (which they had all the information). They then wanted her to give them her new Medicare number (which she didn’t give them). They called her back a couple days later and said that there was a problem with her Social Security number and she should call them back cause they could save her a lot of money through her Medicare. Today she got a box ini the mail that was from the company with a back brace, a left knee brace, a right knee brace and a couple of compression sleeves. These items were NOT ordered by her. Be careful out there. They called her again today and said there a fraud issue with here SS number and she needed to contact them right away before they take further action.
