I have received 2-3 calls per day, from a different city each day, telling me it is my final chance to sign up for Medicare benefits. I “press 9 to be placed on the do not call list”, and it says “ple[censored]d while we connect you with a representative.” I don’t give my name and state firmly that I would like to be placed on the list. They said my name and I hung up. They always use an area code local to me. I’ve blocked many of their numbers.
