I have been receiving multiple calls over the last couple of weeks from the "Medicare Pain Relief Department." One of the names used was J.B. They have my name, my cell number and my home address. Sure would be nice to know how scammers got all that information. Anyway, he asks how I am feeling, and they show in their records that I am having lower back pain, shoulder pain and leg pain. They are going to help me out with a back brace or pain ointment. I give them some of the following lines before they so rudely hang up on me: (1) Medicare does not make these calls, (2) having my medical information is HIPPA violation and/or (3) they should take me off list because I am not stupid enough to give them any further personal details or ordering anything from them.

Scammer called asking for my mother. Said they were offering a free back and knee brace.
