Received a call from this company medical service group rep stated she is returning a call in regards to me notifying them about pain I was suffering from. I stated to her I did not request any info about pain I was suffering. She stated a dr ofc or hospital did and for me to shut the [censored] UP! and the line disconnected. I tried to call back to speak with a supervisor. I stayed on hold for 5mins when I did connect with an agent the line disconnected. I blocked the number.

This place called me reqesting information about a back problem that I was having. saying they were refered by my doctor and they were going to be sending me medication by mail. asked about my insurance cords and about my pharmacies. it sounded legit. then I got suspicious and called my Doctors office and they said they had not referred me to any one. then I called the number that showed up on my caller id phone and asked for a address and they hung up on me. then I traced the phone number on my computer and it listed it as a scam and fraud risk and no address associated with the company name. and they listed 34 fraud reports. now I am afraid of how mutch trouble I am in. the persons name I talked to said her name was Rannie Ybanez 614-368-0723.

We receive at least one call a day from this Medical Service Group. I believe they are looking for medical information. We have never picked up the phone and they have never left a message.

"Medical SVC GRP" called 3-5 times daily with different numbers when I actually answer the caller with a heavy accent asks to verify my home address and number. and they continue to ask several questions about a product they sent if we received it and asked if we are diabetic. I asked the caller to put me on the do not call list they immediately hung up. I called one of the numbers back got through to a person after pressing 1. I asked to talk to a supervisor, was transferred to a person named Mark I asked what the calls are about he said " Its for us to know and you to find out" ….I called back several more times to get them to stop calling but each one promptly hung up on me….

I have been taking pain medication for a medical condition I have. I got a call from this number saying they could help me and they were contacted by my medical provider to contact me. They asked me a bunch of question and had some of my medical information, but they didn’t seem very creditable. Because I wasn’t sure, I called my Doctors office then my Insurance company. My insurance company said they never gave them any information and never told them to contact me.

Today I was contacted by Jack, a salesman at Medical Service Group. The call was from UTAH, number 385-259-7021. Right off the bat he knew my name and confirmed my address. He said that it had been reported that I was experiencing pain and that they made available meds and creams. I asked how he received my information and he was very vague. It was also difficult to understand him due to his accent. I began asking other questions and then the salesman hung up. I quickly googled this company and it looks like other people are receiving repetitive calls from this group. People attempt to block the number and they call from other numbers. Watch out for these guys and be sure to report them here at https://www.bbb.org/scamtracker/us/reportscam !

I rec’d call from Medical Services Group. The caller ID said Worthington, OH. The caller said I submitted a form about pain medication for neck and back pain. Asked for the last 4 digits of my social security number. They asked my dob. They verified my address, and asked my Dr’s contact info. They were able to look up my Dr with just my name. The caller had a foreign accent, maybe Indian.

They called (614) 421-7072 to tell me that my doctor wanted them to prescribe a prescription for their pain meds. They had my name, phone number, last 4 of my social and insurance info. I asked them which Dr asked them for the prescription. She said, "well your pain management dr". I don’t have a pain management dr. She then told me to contact my pcp and have her fill it out but I was not to tell my pcp that they were asking for the prescription. Please make them stop calling. Yes, my number is on the DNC list. They are going to dupe some less knowledgeable people out of money. Report them to the state attorney general, and get this company shut down and perpetrators prosecuted. They are all over the country and Rip-Off Reports.

As I do not answer calls of unknown numbers, I let the machine get it. The first call resulted in a female talking to the obvious recorded voice asking for me by name without so much as stating her company or name, followed by her saying "hello"…"hello" about nine or ten times. (My phone allows real-time screening of voicemail, I guess in case you decide you wish to answer the unknown number after all.) A legit business call would feature a professional stating company and own name calling for whomever, perhaps the reason for the call, and a number to call back. Not ten "hello"s. I looked up the number online and found it listed in used for scamming, usually for personal information and health insurance info. Since then the calls have been "ghost calls" where no one leaves a message. I just block them.

I answered the phone call and a lady answered asking for Allison Garcia. Allison is the name of my niece but that is not her last name. I told them they have the wrong number and the lady asked "Are you sure"? Trying to make me say yes. I have been warned about these kind of scams before.
