Caller said he was calling from "Medical Center" and wanted to "update my records" so I could get "more benefits." He never asked my name.

Caller ID said Medical Center so was tricked into answering because I thought it might be related to family. The automated caller then went into the whole "free backbrace" offer. While I didn’t fall for the trick, the way they got me to answer the phone is very underhanded. Caller number was 6237457021.
