I was called by a woman named heather Daniel’s from the number 2348150428. I keep getting calls stating that I am going to undergo garnishment and court proceedings if I do not settle and this will be the last chance blah blah blah. My husband called them back and it sounded legit…until I got ahold of the bbb. No record of the company at all. They stated i owed a loan of some sort for 1100 bucks but I could settle for 350 with a debit card payment. They almost got away with money but i canceled my card so they couldn’t. They had the last 4 of my social but when i first called they said Jennifer. So dont fall for it folks. Call and find out for sure from the bbb.
