My boyfriend received multiple calls today, 2/14/2020 looking for me and stating very important and would not give more than their telephone number which is 786-472-2426 and Amber is the person calling. I decided to call about 30 minutes ago around 2 PM and asked for Amber who was the person that answered the telephone. I asked where am I calling and Amber said Mediation Center. I asked what is this about. Amber said it is regarding a pending civil claim due to breach of contract with Barclay due to outstanding balance and that they are taking me to Court. Amber proceeded to then state they are calling to see about making arrangements with me to settle out of Court. I asked for date filed. Amber replied it was filed about 30 days ago. At this point I told this Amber that I have filed bankruptcy with real lawyers and that I have fulfilled and completed it and I am now free and clear. Right away Amber placed me on hold saying she was going to speak with her supervisor. When Amber returned to the phone she said that she told her supervisor and documented what I said. At this time, I told Amber to document the following for their records and I stated I will be calling my lawyer’s office as soon as I hang up and will share all of this information with them.
