Definitely a scam. Ordered $230 worth of masks in August, it’s now November. They send confirmation of order and then an email with shipping label and then that is it. Never respond to any emails enquiring about he order. End of story.

Bought a mask. Then never heard from them again. Thankfully, my credit card company is great.

Type of a scam COVID-19

I placed a large order for face masks, sterilizing case, and filters on 6/14/2020.

Total cost $248.00.

I have yet to receive the order. I have emailed them a minimum of 4 time with 1 reply stating they would “look into it”. I have requested a refund 3 times. Nothing. Not a word. They are scammers.

They advertise on Instagram. Order masks for the whole family. Our order never arrived. I received one email saying i am in queue and because of high volume fed ex hasn’t scanned the packages yet. In 24-48 hours it will be shipped.. nothing happened. Fed ex says they haven’t received anything to ship from the shipper and they blame fed ex. After that no emails from them. They don’t respond. There is no number to call. Just an email address. It’s just shady. And I am not the only one, there are many people who got the same response. You can read reviews online. It’s a scam. It’s sad companies do this during a pandemic to make money

In desperate need of masks for my family I clicked on the masqd advertisement on Facebook. I ordered >$100.00 in masks for my children and family. 6 weeks later still no masks. I contacted their customer service to request a refund so that I could use that money to buy masks from somewhere else. They responded they would not issue a refund. So here I am with no masks for me and my children, no money, and a state mandate to wear masks in public. Terrible business and definite scam! Buyer beware!!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order for 4 face masks and a package of filters on May 15th, on May 22 I received an email stating that a shipping label had been created and the order will be shipped within 10 days of your order date. Given the mail delays because of covid, I was patient. On June 15th I had still not received my order or heard anything else, and the tracking still read only that a shipping label had been created, so I contacted customer service for assistance. I was told they would check with the factory. On June 18th, I got an update from the tracking that the same package number from the original shipping email had arrived at usps. Same tracking number, so my order had never left the company. Four days later, the items arrived. The face masks are flimsy, cheap, poorly constructed, too small, and they have a chemical smell. Customer service email ignored me since I asked for a discount/refund on the item, and there is no phone number to call. I had yet to receive an answer as to what caused the delay when I have asked repeatedly. When I contacted them again asking for a refund, the reply was “I am sorry that you are not happy with your order. However, all sales are final due to health reasons. I am unable to accept the return.” When I responded that I would be contacting my bank to dispute the charges, she replied “ Your order was delivered on 6/22. You received your product. I’m sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. All sales are final. We are not responsible for USPS not delivering the product in a timely manner, however i do apologize. I am happy to issue you a gift card to our online store for the inconvenience.” Blaming USPS when it’s the company that didn’t send the products. I responded that I was not interested in a store credit, I wanted a refund. I went on Instagram to write a review and was immediately blocked. I then looked on Facebook and there are scores of similar reviews – orders never arriving or taking months, terrible rude customer service, and no returns/refunds. This is clearly a scam/cash grab. I’ve disputed the charges with my bank as yet again I’m being ignored by customer service.

This company was advertising reusable facemasks with bright colors and beautiful pattern prints on Instagram. Upon check out I was informed that all orders will ship within 10 days. There was also a disclaimer in red that warned customers in checkout that similarly said USPS is slow to scan packages so if your package shows that it has not been scanned please be aware it is in transit and on the way. (This is actually very important because this is a red flag that’ll only make sense later) 14 days later after I submitted order they sent a tracking number. Over a month later it consistently shows USPS awaiting item, I finally reached out to them on Instagram and after two comments they deleted them and then blocked me. Same thing for my husband he reached out as well and they deleted and blocked him. I warned my Instagram followers about this company. They also have no contact number. Wait time, cut off of all communication and the red flag that I should’ve noticed in the beginning at check out ( I shop online a lot and I’ve never seen a company discredit the shipping carrier) please note that I have received many packages during this COVID-19 crisis from USPS and they were all scanned and delivered with no delays. This company is a scam and I found a website at dodbuzz.com which reviews of people saying the same exact thing that I am saying. generating a tracking number is not proof of a delivery.
