Placed 2 orders for masks on 7 Oct 2019, received email saying they shipped, but the tracking number is not USPS as stated it would be shipped by them, and all tracking says is 3rd party picked up but hasn’t been received by USPS. I have tried numerous times to reach out to this company, even using their social media pages, I have received no replies. They don’t show an address any where and no phone number to call.
