Type of a scam Online Purchase

I don’t know if I’m doing this right or not, my son ordered tools from this company and they took his money back on June 4th and has never let him know delivery we emailed them twice and they have never answered back, they also don’t have a telephone number. On the only confirmation page we have it just keeps saying in process. I need to find out who they are or if they are a scam web site
