I initially called and left a message about making an order. Not even two minutes later they called me and I placed the order. They gave me a confirmation number and everything seemed legit. After a couple weeks I called back to get an update and he said he’s waiting for one piece that’s on back order. I waited another couple weeks and he said the same thing. It’s now been three months and I can’t get in touch with the guy and there’s still no item. My cousin called and acted like he was going to order something and the guy called right back. My cousin then told him he wanted to check on a previous item (which was mine), the guy said it’s still on back order. He asked if he could just refund it but he then gave a bogus excuse that his systems were brand new and he can’t refund the money. Now I’m out the $400 item I bought and can’t get my money back.
