Type of a scam Online Purchase

I am going to copy and paste the email exchange that I had with a lady named Mary Watson. I was on Facebook "Marketplace" looking for a car to purchase. I found a nice Jeep Cherokee that sounded amazing. As soon as I contacted the cellar I got an immediate response back from someone else that was claiming to be the niece of the seller. I was told to email Mary Watson at

([email protected]) which I did immediately. When I went back to the post to get a little more information the car was taken down already.

We actually had several email exchanges but once I started looking up the rules on Facebook Marketplace, one of the statements made is; Marketplace is not involved in any money transactions. All transactions should be handled between the buyer and seller.
