Type of a scam Government Grant

on 9/14/18 a person I know from a motorcycle club he contacted me on Facebook and told me about a grant that I can get for Veterans and other people. He sent me a link that I clicked on. After that, I sent her a Facebook request to be my friend. I told her I wanted to claim my winnings. She said on Facebook that I needed to get some ITune cards, so I did. I got one card for $100. She wanted more. She wanted three but I only got one. She got me to buy more. All together I bought 11 because she made excuses like the codes and such. She stated my winnings were going to be delivered by FedEx, but they never came. I now had to pay $800 more in order to get my promised $80,000. I was going to get this grant because I am a disabled Vet.

She attempted to get me to pay the IRS $3,000 in ITune cards but I knew that was a scam.
