Type of a scam Rental
This individual is using craigslist to list a house for rental that he claims to own but in reality does not. He ask for personal information through a "applicant questionnaire" then upon "approval" he ask for one months rent as safety deposit in order to view the house. Upon receipt of money order, he promises to ship keys to you overnight to allow you to check out the property. He claims to be too busy to show the house himself. It’s absolutely ludicrous.
