My son purchased a car with Martin the owner of Martinis Auto Sales, and sold him a car that a week later the check engine turned on. He called Martin and he would give him the run around and a month 3 weeks later the car broke down and he told my son to get it towed to the shop. My son was mad and told Martin to help him get it towed since Martin promised to fix it since week 1. Martin sent a town truck and picked up the truck and told my son to tell the bank he’s happy with the truck. My Son told the truth to the bank and they canceled his contract after they had not approved him for his loan. Now Martin doesn’t want to give him his Down payment and is lying saying he repoed the truck cause he never made a payment.
