This company at first seems like a legitimate organization. They get the homeowner to pay a portion up front (deductible) and never get started on the roof/gutter job as contracted. After the payment has been received, this company will not return calls or answer the phone. After calling over 30 times, the office manager answers and states that the owner is out of town or that your house is next in line to begin the roof/gutter. To no avail, no one EVER shows up. We were one of many victims and are now working with the NEWS and law enforcement at this point. They get as much money out of the homeowner up front and never return to complete the job.
