Type of a scam Romance

I began talking with this gentlemen online through a dating website called BLK. This is an online app for iPhone or android phones. We talked for several weeks in there til we switched to Facebook. About two months now we’ve been talking about dating, marriage and everything. He has asked me to help him with getting a bill paid for the military, get a cellphone for better communication and also help with him getting his inheritance from his late wife’s settlement. I became more suspicious when he said that he had to pay for him to go on leave and fill a replacement for him which would cost 1600 dollars. I never knew that military sergeants had to pay any money to go on a family 30 day leave. I started to research on line and of course the red flags really started to show. Any help I can get to rectify the issue and complaint would be great. I never thought this would happen to me, but I’m scared and upset.
