DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAMMER!!!! This guy came over and gave an estimate and gave him money for materials. We had a signed contract with him. We gave him 2700 dollars for materials and money for colonial French door. He began the porch and almost completed the back porch. Martin Fuentes from Portland TX is nothing but a scammer. Please do not do business with him steer clear from him. He is not a trustworthy man at all. He came for a day or two worked only 2-3 hours a day and always had an excuse. He is ignoring my husbands phone calls and blocked his number. We are seeking legal action. People from Portland and surrounding areas PLEASE DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!!

My husband called one time and he answered and stated he was getting material but never showed up. I have texted him and called him with no reply. The last day he came was on July 2. He always had excuses. We have signed contracts and receipts
