Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Contacted me informing me they would be turning me over to legal department if I did not pay the "invoice" that I owed them for some 2 year contract they said I signed. I knew nothing of this company and would have never agreed to pay that type of amount for anything regarding a search engine optimizer. I requested a copy, they informed me that they would send me a copy. Two days later they did send me a copy of an invoice which I had never seen before and a contract that was signed but was not my signature. It also appeared to be cut and pasted into the document. They continued to threaten to take me to court and told me that I would surely lose and that I would spend even more money in legal fees. This is a total scam!! I certainly don’t do business for my computers that is not local and I never agreed to do business with these fraudulent people. They are trying to get me to pay them $5,092.65!!!

Type of a scam Debt Collections

1st asked to speak to me the owner of the business by first name only. They said that we owed them money 2016/2017 and asked who they where from. Said Marketing SEO service. ScamPulse.com in Delaware told us that they have only been in business for 6 months in Delaware in 2019. Delaware government of licensing said they were out N.Y. state and file # for there business is 6584501 started in 10/20/2017. The person that called me the 1st time for that company is the same person who called form the dept collections, same voice. Said we need to pay them for 2016/2017-2018. No money is going to be paid.
