Type of a scam Government Grant

Initially received an message on FB messanger that appeared to be from a friend. Contacted the friend and they knew nothing about it. The message said that the friend had won a grant and wanted to pass on the good fortune. Said to contact Mark Fogg to inquire about qualifying. Consumer called Mark Fogg at 9015679927 and received a text message response. The text said that a form would need to be filled out and sent in to confirm eligibility, wanted to know how much she received from social security each month. Initially said it would be $1500 to get $50,000. She told them she didn’t have $1500 so they agreed to $100 on a Amazon or iTunes gift card from Walmart. They said once the money was received they would delived $50,000 cash to her door in 9 hours via UPS.
