Be warned! We hired this band for a wedding happening yesterday at Colony 29 and they were paid in full two months ago. NOBODY SHOWED UP, they blocked our calls and texts when we tried to call and when we finally got a hold of Carlos, he said he would contact Jaime who was supposed to be onsite. Guess what? No Jaime. No nobody. They were playing our cocktail hour and bride and grooms exit song from ceremony. BE WARNED. It’s a complete scam and they will not show up to your event and you will have paid them in full. Scary scary! IF I CAN SAVE A SINGLE PERSON DO NOT HIRE. I’ve attached photos of our conversations, please do not hire, it is a complete scam, and money aside, left our client sad, frustrated and with a wedding and no mariachi. DON’T DO IT! They have robbed us (along with hundreds of others based on the most recent reviews) and the owner who goes by Carlos is a con artist.
