Type of a scam Phishing

I kept getting calls from this number with no voicemails. Finally after they realized I will not answer, Marge, leaves a voicemail saying they have a delivery for me. Sales delivery. I have not bought anything! So I decided to call back. Marge answers and says she is calling from Global Delivery Local area and that HCM Associates is trying to contact me. I asked what company will that be? She transfers me without letting me know. This man answers. Does not give a name and demands my name! I asked about what company he is calling and starts raising his voice and being rude demanding my name! WOOOW. I say goodbye and hang up. They call me back and, once again, leave no voicemail. I call back and get their voicemail and leave a message that if its not a lawsuit, law enforcement, or thru the court I will not talk to them. I told them that I believe they are scam and will report them. I checked online and couldn’t find a company with the phone number or name! 830-266-0208. BTW they could not provide me with company information. No website given.
