Type of a scam Debt Collections

The guy identified himself as Marcus Walker from Nationwide Process Servicing, which called 3 of my family members household looking for me and stating that he will be filing court documents with Franklin County if I do not contact them immediately. He called me 2 days later and connected me with an attorney from The Alliance Law Group (Robert Fisher). He said I owed money from a debt with Get Cash USA. He used an address of mine from 9 years ago. He kept putting me on hold to discuss payment arrangements with law partners, eventually coming back with an agreed arrangement and said I was to use a credit card or prepaid card and call him at 844-317-0187 Ext 101 with the card number. I needed to do this by 12 noon the next day or they would go ahead with court filings and I would be served at work or at home with notice.
