Map Support with Google

Check Map Support with Google reviews to see if it is legit.

Receive calls almost daily from “Map Support for Google”. They ask for the owner. If you tell them “Put this number on the do not call list” they ask if you are the owner. If you tell them you want to speak to a supervisor or will report them they hang up 🙂 We do not have caller ID to be able to report where they call from.

They call on average of 3 times a week. They identify themselves with generic English names and have accents and are say they are with Map Support for Google. Usually has a grainy connection. Immediately demands to speak to the business owner about a Google listing, they will sometimes identify which listing, we have multiple, but will demand to speak to business owner saying they need to update information. I have all my info and can log in when necessary to update. If I tell them this they hang up. If I introduce myself as the business owner they pitch an ad sale and will not discuss the supposed faulty information. They rarely call from same number, but will have similar area codes. Texas, Georgia, New York, and California have popped up on the caller ID. Unfortunately I only recorded a handful of their numbers and seem to have lost most of them. The 0131 is the newest number. They called just minutes before submitting this report. I have requested them not calling but has been none stop since we claimed our Google listings and updated them.
