Type of a scam Online Purchase

This website appears to be legit-it has reviews by customers, pictures, etc. IT IS NOT! Had contact with a "salesperson" and made a purchase through wire transfer to Well-Fargo Bank. Our bank at some point suspected it was a scam and contacted to Wells-Fargo which supposedly had not dispersed the money at that time but we have never seen a cent of it. We have contacted Wells-Fargo multiple times to no-avail. I personally think there is someone at that bank that is involved in the scam. How can the transfer be placed on hold, the money still be there and we never get it back? Like I said, Mantis is a scam and there is definitely some inside involvement at Well-Fargo. We are out out savings of 16,000 that we had saved in order to have time with our children.
