Type of a scam Phishing

I received a call on 6/21/17 at 9:14 am, a man said Keisha and I said yes, he hung up. I called back a women said my name Keisha, then started to tell me that I am receiving this call for my inquiry about male enhancements which is a lie. She then started to ask me question I would have to say yes to but I did not and just hung up. I called back from a different number which was blocked the same number I had just called it said it was not in service. Seems to be a scam to say get people to say yes.
