Melva Lewis was the name used by caller, called from 855-725-9988

Said she was calling on behalf of Main Street Services and needed to alert me to a cc alert they received that my processing rate had increased without letting me know.

Asked for owner of business and I said I was. She said she was given my information and that I should be alerted my CC processor was charging additional overages.

Asked me to reference last two months statements if they were available.

I asked for her credentials and she said Melva Lewis with Main Street Services in Dallas. Information was quick and fluid as if prepared, but caller was hesitant as I asked more questions. Finally acted preterbed that I was wasting her time and must not be business owner.

I informed her I was but I did not process CC at all in my business and believed her to be a scam artist. She said she was not a SCAM artist and that I did not scare her. She said she was AA rated with the BBB and I could research her and call her back at 855-409-2667.

I told her I would be filing a SCAM alert with BBB and all other entities I could. She got mad and hung up.
