Type of a scam Online Purchase

So I just recently posted a used car on craigslist. I was contacted by the number above asking if I still have the car available and if I would be willing to do a car report and send it to their email and the address above. When I looked through the website I realize that the website was not a website that I was familiar with. http://supremevinnchecks.com When I asked the person if I could use car fax instead of that website the automated response from the text messages started to come through. Then I knew I was trying to be scammed.
