This company calls me up to 16 times per day claiming to work for Medicare when they do not. The man on the other end of the phone is trying to get me to say "yes" or "ok". This is so he can send me durable medical equipment that my doctor has not ordered for me nor do I need any of this equipment. The man has given me false names. He told me his name was Jim, Bob, Steve, the very common names in the english language. This man is foreign and is hard to understand at times, but he does make threats when I tell him NO. He tells me he knows where I live and he knows my social security number, date of birth, medicare information and so on. If you dont agree to take what he is offering then you get harassing phone calls all day. They ignore the telemarketer block you put on your phone and the do not call registry. These people need to be stopped.

The business needs to respect peoples privacy and quit calling an obnoxious times per day. The company needs to quit presenting themselves as a medicare company when in fact they are not. they need not use scare tactics with senior citizens who may not understand why they are calling and trying to push unnecessary medical equipment on them. wait for a prescription from a doctor to contact a patient. Stop going around a telemarketer block on a persons phone
