The lady calling both my phone as well as my wife’s phone saying that a summons will be given to me at my work and I need a manager as a witness. When i actually answered they stated I paid most of a loan back but the last payment was declined and if i don’t pay, I’ll have to pay the whole thing over again after we go to court. When I say I need something in writing they refuse.

I received a weird call from a company claiming to be called Magnolia Services. Josiah Thomas called to say I owed $560 from a loan, but that if I paid $350 right then, it would be cleared. He said if I didn’t pay I would be taken to court.

I got a call from a Restricted number stating that I was going to be served by Pima county recorders office with a debt that they were given from an unknown debt servicer. They could not provide that servicers name but gave me the phone number 928-723-0480 and ‘case number’ 060391. Upon calling that number a man answered and said ‘Magnolia Servicers’ and upon my asking what fake debt did I have now, he stated that I must have been called by a private process server who had given me this number.’ Again asking what fake debt I had he acted like he could not hear me, I tried calling back 3 times to it saying that their line was busy, then it finally rang but just kept ringing.

I recd a phone call yesterday from Magnolia Services. I spoke with Paul Simmons who stated I owed $100 and I could make payment with my debit card. He said that would clear it up and I would not hear from them anymore. The debt supposedly occurred in 2006. I told him we did not owe the money and he said if it was not resolved today, they would contact the Madison County Sheriff’s Department and I would be arrested. I did not give him my debit card number.
