Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I had purchased a wireless product from the magnet-mount, on 05/05/19, the product arrived a week later, and even after i followed all instructions regarding installation. The product was defected and was not functioning as advertised. i tried it installing it on my other car; even the wireless charging feature is not working.

I reached out to the seller asking for them to send me a return address, their seller refused to provide me the details even when i offered to pay for shipping. They further informed me to refer to there return policy which states only products that have not to respond after 30 days will be deemed unreturnable. I had purchased the item for less than a week.

The seller becomes very rude and declined to return my refund. I went on there facebook page, and it was there that i read all the comments from other buys that complained of having been scammed by the seller out of thousands of dollars after, purchasing a defective product. Over 90 buyers all complained of having been swindled out of there funds with a defective product.
