Same exact experience. I ordered $38.50 worth of lashes from Magnetics SL at the end of April. They sent tracking info May 8th, but Usps doesn’t show they received the package. Still no package (7/1/2020)and after so many back and forth emails, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I’m tired of them asking for my info and tracking number every time. It’s in the subject line of every email. It’s like they are purposely evading my questions making me jump through hoops. Don’t order from this company ever!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I made a purchase of magnetic lashes back in April 2020. They sent me an email with a tracking number and after two months of waiting I contacted their support service and they said that it didn’t get cleared in shipping. And that they were shipping another pair out to me after many emails back-and-forth I asked them for another tracking number and the tracking number said it never left the facility it is another month later and I still have not received any lashes nor response from the company when emailing them.
