Ron Magnavita-Phillips is the owner of MagnaVita Cellars. He charged me for a wine club shipment of almost $300 in June 2019 and provided a shipping tracking number but I did not receive the merchandise. His email which I used previously to communicate with him on several previous occasions came back undeliverable with a note that the target computer actively refused to accept my email. His Magnavita Cellars Facebook page no longer has information relevant to his business anymore. I would like to prevent other consumers from getting scammed like I did.
