Type of a scam Online Purchase

I went online to purchase this as a Christmas gift. I clicked to place my order I clicked "NO" when it asked if I wanted to double my order but it added it anyway. At the end when I tried to go back and delete or take some of the purchase off it would not let me remove any of the items. I immediately tried calling the customer service number but could never get anyone to answer. I tried calling all day the next day the same thing. I just keep getting recording stating due to the popularity of the item they are extremely busy. I am constantly put on hold for over an hour then the phone disconnects. I try to email their help desk to no resolve it bounces back. I placed my order on 12/12/16, received a notice that my order shipped on 1/5/17 (No it did not ship) just the shipping label created. This company is the biggest scam there is out there. They don’t allow you to remove items, they don’t respond to your phone calls and the email address is a joke.
